"I recently found myself having to leave my car overnight with the repair shop. They offered a courtesy car until my repairs were completed. I needed to show my State Farm insurance card and I was distressed to find I had failed to carry a current card in my wallet. I made a quick call to the Akers agency and Alexis quickly emailed a current card to the shop which saved me. Thanks so much for excellent service. "I have struggled with insurance the last 3 years I got screwed by my house insurance and paying out ridiculous amount for car insurance. All while dealing with an agent who wouldn’t return my calls and eventually couldn’t get in contact with at all. I had lost all hope. Then we found Drake he has been so patient and helpful. I can’t thank him enough or express how grateful I am for all his help. I am a newer homeowner and have lots of questions and need explanations but he was so helpful every step of the way. I have no doubt that my experience going forward is going to be a good one!"

"We have been with State Farm for 20+ years, and we've never been as disappointed as we are now with their customer service and disregarded communication efforts. We left multiple messages with Drake and other agents over the past 4 weeks without any resolution for being charged TWICE last month. As of this day, we still do not know how this will be corrected. This is the second time State Farm has made that error and taken our money without refunding it. It also took a MONTH to change our business status from operational to non-operational so that our rate could be reduced. A few attempts were made to return our calls during the daytime but other than that there has been a severe lack of communication and follow through in this office. We heard "oh, I didn't receive your message" so many times it unfortunately became the norm. We feel put off as loyal customers and are considering changing to another insurance provider. You cannot over-bill us and then issue a "credit" when you are actually taking our grocery money from our budget!"

"Been with State Farm for about 20 years now and with Rob Akers for at least the last decade. Fortunately, I've never had an auto claim but we did, however, lose our home to a fire a couple years ago. State Farm smoothed out that traumatic period as much as possible. Everyone in Rob Akers' office is always competent, pleasant and helpful. Samantha, especially, has been at the top of her customer service game in recently resolving matters which resulted from system glitches and mere circumstances. Further, she has been able to tweak our policy to net us the coverages we desire at savings we never expected. Thank you to Sami and all the staff at Rob Akers' office."
