"I moved all of my personal and business insurance policies to State Farm because they saved me money across the board. Unfortunately, I ran into two major issues with this office. First, my business vehicle policy was cancelled without any direct notice. I never received a call or email, only a cancellation letter that I missed. The reason for the cancellation was that they needed an additional photo of the vehicle, which they had never previously requested. As a result, I unknowingly drove for several months without insurance coverage. Second, when I switched my home insurance to State Farm, they double-charged my annual premium. My mortgage company sent them the check as expected, but they also charged the full premium ($1,700) to the credit card they had on file for my car insurance without notifying me or asking permission. I only discovered the charge two weeks later and had to call to get it refunded. They acknowledged it was a mistake but were unable to explain how it happened. Because of these experiences, I don’t feel comfortable trusting this office to maintain my policies without closely monitoring everything myself. I’ll be looking for a different provider."
"Hello Jesse. I just spent a lot of time looking at your account as well as talking to the team. A few things going on here, so I will do my best to explain in a way that makes sense. 1. Vehicle. We do have a dedicated employee that calls, texts and emails when there is a problem with a policy. That is their main focus. So I sure hope she did that for you. Second, there was a notice sent out by State Farm as well, which you acknowledge. So even if our team member wasn't contacting you, there was a notice. Last, we did rewrite the vehicle for you as personal at the request of underwriting. 2. Your homeowners. I checked; we have it set correctly for mortgagee billed. I have gone through the billing history and don't see where we would have taken payment on the homeowners. Payment has come from the company holding your mortgage as you said it should have. 3. I also see where we invited you in for a policy review like we do all customers and show you declined that. That is certainly your option, but we do those so that we can catch anything not right, make sure all discounts are applied, get the right coverages, etc. It is usually a very good use of time. Reviews are free and certainly something not provided with 1 (800) insurance providers. We certainly don't get everything right across thousands of accounts and policies every day, but we spend all day trying and putting systems in place to give us our best chance. I hope next year you will take us up on doing a quick review. "

"They made a $220 mistake and now they are changing us for it its wrong we filed a complaint with state farm and the customer service today was horrible as of February 11th 2026 they are still doing the same shit our bill went from $200 to almost $500 no tickets or wrecks they are scamming people and will not show a break down for the bill"

"Very good customer service from Dalton. He’s friendly, did not bat an eye when he found out I’m married to a man, and seems knowledgeable. We used to be customers years ago before signing up again recently. We received a call out of the blue, from Dalton, asking if we would give him a chance to save us money. We did, and he did. To the tune of about $100 a month for the same exact services and coverages that we were getting from our previous provider. The only reason for the four stars and not five is out of Daltons control and from years past anyway."

"Ashley just called me at 6:30 at night to setup a meeting to "make sure all of our needs are being met". I've asked multiple times to be taken off from unsolicited sales calls and it apparently still hasnt happened. I think ill be looking at another insurance provider."

Your choice for sure, but we do a better job for our customers when we do a quick review with them. ie. correct coverages, all discounts available, etc. We are trying to get that done for all customers in 2026. Something that we feel is critical and not something you can get with 1 - 800 insurance. We will mark you down as declining the review. "

"Dalton Black went above and beyond with his customer service! The day before Thanksgiving, he returned a call to my daughter Brianna late in the day after she told him she might be buying a car on Thanksgiving and would need insurance right away. She was purchasing the car in Chicago, Illinois and needed coverage to safely get back home to Springfield, Missouri. Dalton took the time to walk her through several options to insure two cars, and he found an excellent deal that fit her needs perfectly. Even more impressive, Dalton called her on Thanksgiving Day and completed all the remaining details after she purchased the car.
